1. Butterfly & Rainbow require at least 7 day notice when ordering.

Wedding orders at least 3 months.

2. Butterfly & Rainbow will ask for a deposit which is €40 (Wedding cakes - €100).

3. The customer has a right to cancel the order during 14 days since deposit payment . After that date Butterfly & Rainbow will keep the deposit as a compensation.

4. Wedding orders must be fully paid at least 7 days before the collection/delivery day.

​

5. Testing is available only for wedding cakes and is included in price.

​

6. Delivery available. Costs extra €0.50 per 1 km.

7.All cakes can be collected from our Donabate bakery. We will not be liable for any damage to the cake once it has left our bakery.

 

8. Non-edible materials are used as decoration in some of our designs. Please note that jewels and accessories such as brooches, ribbons, silk flowers, diamantes, beads, feathers, etc. that are used to decorate some of our cakes are not edible and must be removed from your cake before serving. We accept no responsibility for any physical harm that may arise from the use of these accessories.

 

9. Our cakes may contain eggs, gluten, dairy, sugar, wheat and nuts and are made in an environment that handles nuts and soya and, are therefore unsuitable for those with such allergies or intolerances. Should you have any dietary requirements, please contact us and we would be more than happy to cater for your needs. Gluten and dairy free cakes can be made on request but we cannot guarantee that the cakes will not contain traces of these elements due to the nature of our production. We accept no liability for a customer suffering an allergic reaction from consuming our cakes.
